Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Wisaven LLC ("Wisaven LLC", "we", "us") handles personal information when you use wisaven.com and the products we operate. Melunox (melunox.com) publishes its own privacy policy covering the data that product processes; Wisaven LLC is the controller in both cases.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly — an email address you enter to hear about a product, or a message you send us. Basic technical data our servers record to operate the site: IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
How we use information
To operate and improve the site, to reply to you, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share personal information only with the service providers that run the site on our behalf — hosting, email delivery and analytics — under contracts that limit them to that purpose, and where the law requires us to.
Your content
Content you create with a Wisaven LLC product belongs to you. We process it only as needed to deliver the features you use.
Retention
We keep information for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete an email address you gave us at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to some processing. Write to privacy@wisaven.com and we will act on it.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
