Agreement
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Wisaven LLC, a limited liability company organised in the United States ("Wisaven LLC", "we", "us"). They govern your use of wisaven.com and of the products Wisaven LLC operates, including Melunox (melunox.com). Each product may add terms specific to it; where they differ, the product’s own terms govern that product.
Who may use the service
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
Use of the service
Use our products lawfully. Do not interfere with their normal operation, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use them to produce material that is unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create. You are responsible for the content you generate and for how you use it. You grant Wisaven LLC only the licence needed to operate the service — to store, process and transmit your content so the product can work.
Fees
Paid plans and credit purchases are described on the product’s own site, and are charged through our payment processor. Subscription terms, renewals and cancellations are set out there.
Availability and disclaimer
We aim to keep our products available and reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Nothing here removes consumer protections that apply to you and cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction — except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
